Customs

Ordered a pack of buds. Got stuck in customs never to be seen. Customer service reply was very fast and they sent another pack free of charge which eas extremely nice! This time customs contacted me, Had to pay VAT to get this order out of customs which was unexpected but I did receive my product which makes me happy. Good customer service, they were clear and precise.

Better fit

Put these on my Bose quiet comfort ear buds and now they stay in place while I work out. The original ones that come with the Bose are ok but these fill the ear canal better and help them stay in place. Very happy with this purchase.

Fantastic fit and seal on my Bose QC Earbuds

Switched out oem tips for the Comply tips. Easy to install, and insert into ear canal. I suggest leaving the outer seal on the ear buds. Overall work great. I wear them in loud wood shops when I take my hearing aids out.
