Astounding isolation and sound depth with a real "no-pressure" fit!
Posted by Steve H on 3rd Feb 2016
An "airtight" fit is essential for earbuds to deliver their designed sound quality.
I have spent way too much time with standard tips constantly adjusting them to 1) establish this fit without 2) feeling like I have this giant potato in my ear.
Bought the Comply TX400's and - problem gone. Totally gone. Slip them in gently and within a few seconds the seal is established - no pressure feeling!! What a GREAT product!
Expensive near miss

First I tried medium, too small. Then I tried large which barely works but still too small. I don't see an offering of a size to fit my ear canal but then, I've already spent way too much money on guesswork to spend any more with these guys. I'm 40 bucks down with no usable product and I've given up. Once you open the package, you can't return them.
Used to be the best...

I've used these for years and loved them. They used to be better than any other earbud tip on the market.
But having said that, I feel that the quality of these tips have gone downhill in the past year. The last two sets I ordered have fallen apart way too quickly. It's a shame, may not continue to purchase this item anymore.
Good IE Tips

+Easy to install
+Comes with 3 sizes
+Awesome noise isolation
+Because they're foam, they're easy to squeeze and insert
-Could just be me, but the tips can become itchy over long listening sessions.
Probably not worth it

Doesn't isolate so much as expected, normal silicones are fine. Collects ear dirt easier than silicone.
Better than stock, but not great

I'm using these on a set of LG Tone Pros and they're definitely a step up from the stock tips I got with those. Having said that, the Comply tips are pretty bad compared to the foam tips I got on my Shure earbuds. The Comply tips tend to deteriorate very quickly... they just kind of fall apart wherever they get squished to fit in your ear. I probably go through a pair every 3 months, and that's because I really stretch them. As they deteriorate, their noise isolation gets worse and worse too. At this point, I'm really only using these because there's no other better quality option. If Comply offered better quality tips for more money, I'd certainly buy them. You can even see in the pictures, the foam looks kind of porous and it just starts breaking apart. In short, Comply is on the right track with these but they definitely need work and better quality materials.
Best headphone add-on you can get

These make ordinary headphones sound extraordinary. I cannot imagine not having these in the future. If you haven't tried them yet you are denying yourself an excellent audio experience.

Perfect fit with my Trinity Hyperion, good quality at all level for when I'm sporting (they're really staying in all the time).
Comfortwise, I may try the Ts-series in the future.
Make a great headphone better TX400

1st a great buy - would have paid more now that I know.
2nd allow my Beats to perform like I knew they could
3rd will buy more soon
All reason it is not 5 start.
I use them all the time now - I think it got wet while working out and it lost some of it's forming power. slightly weaker seal in my ear

For the first time ever I am disappointed by the quality of the tips for the Fidue A83. The foam feels rubbery and takes a very long time to sit correctly in the ear canal.
Perhaps the production could be improved!
