Better than silicone tips most ear buds come with and will not fall out of ear as easily. They seal to ear canal well. Comfortable for a little while but not for extended amounts of time. They come over sized so unless you know for sure what size you are you will probably have to buy the sample pack and end up with 2 other sizes that you will not use. This company should offer a 1 pack to their customers for this reason. All in All GOOD TIPS......

This is the second time I buy Comply tips for IEMs. The T-100 prevented me from sending my Klipsch S4 back to amazon because the supplied silicon tips were painful. Now I matched my new T-PEOS Altone 200 with TX-200 and this is the last single refinement missing from these otherwise very good earphones. The supplied foam tips were good, but too "chewy" after a bit of use. Comply have the best balance of comfort and ease of inertion. And they stay pretty clean too thanks to the coating. Never again without Comply foam tips.

Bought some Sony XBA-30iP phones direct from Japan (newer, improved version of the XBA-3iP) and had some Comply Ts200s in my tip jar.Tried the Sony tips but not thrilled with the sound, good but not great. Stuck on a pair of the Ts200s, and hit the sweet spot. They have a somewhat larger sound tube which I think the XBA-30s need to sound their best. And the foam is great, soft, comfy and tremendous isolation.Just a perfect match.

Must have if music is an integral part of your life. Spring back starts to fade around months 3-4, and replacement by Month 6 is a necessity. Make even average monitors sound much better than they are, increase base and isolation similar and sometimes better than full size cans. Highly recommend, and definitely wouldn't go back to silicone after using these.

These bud covers are, first of all, excellent. They offer incredible noise-cancellation, so you get the most out of your music. Granted, getting the most of your music often means getting the least from other sound-making things. Like people. So be aware of those around you when you use these in public places! Furthermore, they stay put, for the most part. My earholes (for lack of a more knowledgeable term) may be.. temperamental, however, so you may have no trouble at all. And, as it is, I have very little trouble, even when I'm running around and jumping over things, which is especially important to me. I don't want to deal with cords tripping me up while I'm vaulting over a railing or running up a wall (I participate in an athletic endeavour known as parkour). Especially considering that, when I get tripped up, my earbuds more often than not get trashed. I have expensive earbuds.
