I've used the newer kind of foamies you provide. They do great on isolation but the cut at the inner ear of the foamies are too sharp edged. As a result I can't wear them as long due to irritation in the ear. The Complys, never had an issue. I love them. Never stop making them :)

Just what I've bee looking for.
Fits well in my large ears and blocks noise great, because I wear them 20hrs/wk in transit and it has to work. The variable sizing was a surprise and I was already looking at custom mould solutions but I've heard of lack of success with both fit and noise blocking. I'd have to quit my job if I couldn't block out the bus ride that surrounds me, drowning my sorrows with Roxy Music.
The downside is a lack of Canadian retail and longevity.
About Canada, I was able to find Comply products in several places, both retail and online, but they didn't maintain a full product or size range. They seem to take a token approach to inventory, with a one-thing-fits-all attitidude just to say they have it and can order some for you. No point if I can order my own, and cheaper, which I did from the source.
I wear similar materials for sound insulation to bed, and I those familiar orange earplugs can be washed several times, refreshed a bit with some skin cream, and will last me five months. The IsolationPlus can't come close to that durability. If you're too physically rough rolling them up for insertion, they will quickly fall apart at the stressed point. Liquids seem to denature the sponginess or weep out the magic goo, so maybe only try water on the surface to get off built-up dirt or skin oil. Anything further up the solvent scale will simply dissolve them; reminded me of that jet pilot scene from Andromeda Strain, where all his cockpit plastics turn to dust.
In all I'm happy, but I'd be happier if, at the price paid, I could get three to five months out of a pair of tips. Now that I'm aware of their sensitivities I might actually make it three months, but I'm on my second pair and it waits to be seen if I can pull that off.

I replaced a pair of custom made molds on my Shure SE535 with the T100. Far better comfort and isolation was at least as good. I can wear them for hours without fatigue. These are more comfortable and they isolate better than the stock Shure tips. I purchased a pair for my Klipsch X10 (same Comply model for both). Night and day vs. the factory silicon tips. Totally changed the sound of these very nice IEM's.
I cannot recommend these highly enough. I use both the S100 (Klipsch) and the T100 (Shure). Such a small price to pay for what they do for these IEM's. Really, nothing else comes close.

I own a pair of Meelectronics A151 (http://reviews.cnet.com/headphones/meelectronics-a151-black/4505-7877_7-34476522.html)
Very good headphones by the way! The silicon tips provided with them create a great seal, however these comply tips increase quality, comfort, and seal. I have seen youtube videos on how to make your own "foam tips" however when I tried to make my own it was difficult anything near the quality of these comply tips.
BUY THEM, THEY ARE A PRETTY GOOD VALUE!

The sound quality it helps produce is great! The foam seals your ears and produces undistracted sound quality. But, as I learned the hard way, don't wear them to the gym, and don't expect them to last as long as the OEM silicon ear buds. These ones accumulate ear wax/oil and start to wear out and feel grainy after a few months of wear. Also, I wore them running and the sweat soaked throught the ear buds and ruined my first pair. They seem to last a couple of months before getting oil soaked and losing their firmness.
Ideally they sell them for cheaper or at least, have better warnings against getting them wet.

I received a pair of comply T-100 tips with my new Brainwavz B2. I tried several different tips to get the best seal. The comply tips blew all of the others away. It gave me the best seal, was by far the most comfortable, and I loved the way it sounded. As a result I have ordered 5 more pairs from comply to stock up. Thanks for making such a great product Comply!
P.S. Forgot to mention that these are compatible with several of my other IEM's as well!

Before, i would use the silicone tips on my Klipsch Image S4 earbuds. they worked, but i could only wear them for about an hour before they got uncomfortable. Now i will only use Comply Foam Tips on those headphones, because they focus the sound well, shut out almost all external sound, and are extremely comfortable for hours of wear (i wore them for 7 out of 12 hours on a flight from japan to the US). I will never go back to the silicone tips!!

Initially, I was having a lot of issues with my S4i's. Every time I exercised, especially with running, the earbuds would move around in my ear (even with the large tips) and the sound would cut out, become inconsistent and it generally annoyed me a lot. I also felt like my Klipsch were lacking in bass.
So I got the T-100s, installed it easily without any issues, put them on, and everything changed. I was amazed at the difference in sound and comfort with my S4i's. Literally everything improved with the Comply Foams. The bass, the mids and highs and even the sound stage improved. It's as if I had bought completely new earbuds. I kid you not, it made a world of a difference.
Before I got the Comply Foams, I was seriously thinking about going back to Shure only because I went with Klipsch based on reviews and recommendations. I really didn't like them that much before (I'd give the S4i's a 6/10 only because of the issues I was having) but after putting on the Comply Foams, the S4i's could not be any better and I couldn't be any happier. Maybe it was because of my large ear canals that caused issues with my S4i's, but the Comply Foams really helped.
If I do get new earbuds for whatever reason, I will order Comply Foams by default from now on because they are just that amazing. Super comfortable, it brings out the best out of your earbuds.

o All ear buds stress the fact that a good seal is required for optimal sound. Just letting those little outputs spit sound into the ear is not optimal listening. Put simply, you need a solid seal to really enjoy the performance of your ear buds - be it high end or budget buds, you cannot get optimal sound without the proper seal. This is where these tips make their mark. They are comfortable and form to your inner ear. Roll them up like a pair of foam ear plugs, stick them in and let them expand and you will wonder why manufacturers just don't include these gems with all their headphones. It’s seriously that much of a positive difference. Try them and see why I personally will not buy a set of headphones without checking to see if Comply has a compatible set of tips.
