I purchased these tips for my Etymotic HF5 headphones. The original triflanges were fine, but since it's a solid rubber, I sometimes suffered from air pressure problems when inserting them in my ears.
With these tips from you, the issue is gone. I can also see some negatives like that they get worn out pretty quickly if you use them every day. Also, if you want to insert them outside, when the temperature is about 0 degrees Celsius, they suddenly start to be very stiff. It takes a bit time to make them warm in your fingertips.
But nontheless, these negative aspects are nothing compared to the positives. These tips are very, very comfortable. Isolation is just superb. No problem with with air pressure when inserting them in the ear canals.
I am very satisfied with this product and once I destroy all three pairs, I'm going to buy new ones.
What I'm missing is better distribution network here in Europe. But still, it's easy to buy them in US and have them delivered. It just costs a little bit more, the postage.
Once again, very happy with the product!

They are expensive. I use it on my bluetooth stereo headset (Bluebud X from Jaybirdgear), and find them very helpful if reducing surrounding noise. Now that I use them, I wouldn't do without

Very god sound and isolation, I hope this model will come for all models.

Foam gets very mushy and stops sealing after 3 days of use. Noise comes in more and more as the product is used. Tips should last at least 2 weeks at the price you pay for them.

Very comfortable, and extreme sound isolation. They're absolutely the best tips for IEMs like Etymotics.

If you have unusually small and/or crooked ear canals and concha, it can be really difficult to find an in-ear monitoring solution that fits and doesn't cause discomfort. I can't use custom ear molds, because they create too much negative pressure and are painful to remove. I've tried a dozen different types of in-ear monitors and different tips, but using the Comply Foam P-series with Etymotics (I use the ek5's) is the only combination I've tried that fits me without any pain or discomfort.
The crucial difference between the P-series and the other Comply Foam tips, is that the plastic cylinder of the P-series is not just thinner than on the other models, but it's also soft enough to be pressed together and bent during insertion. Now I can finally use in-ear monitors just like everyone else.

Comply P-100's are part of my regular expenditure budget. They are as important and necessary to me as groceries and my mobile phone bill. I will never purchase another brand of aftermarket tips for my Shure IEM's, ever. Fantastic product. Keep making them and I'll keep buying them. Thanks!

I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned custom ear-molds. i too went that route and the P-series tips are WAY better!

I don't own the higher-end IEMs like professional musicians, but I have owned several mid-range ones like the Klipsch S4 and Shure SE215. I have used various tips including the Klipsch Ovals and the Shure Olives. But the Comply P series are simply the best tips I have found thus far. They have outstanding seal and actually situate quite deep inside my ear canal. I have an unusually big and long ear canal, so the olives and ovals (the larges) were too short and loose. At the moment, I am using the P series on my Shure SE215 and they are sounding better than ever. I highly recommend this product to any music fanatics out there!

I purchased the Comply P-Series for use with my Etymotic HF3 In Ear Monitors (same as the HF2 & HF5, but for Apple products) after speaking with the good people at Hearing Components. They offer great customer service, which for me is as valuable as the product itself (bravo).
Being new to IEMs, I found the tips that came with my HF3s to be a bit hard on the ear canal and hard to get used to. After giving them an honest chance, I decided I needed something more comfortable, without sacrificing the quality of sound Etymotic provides.
For Etymotic products, (and other IEMs I suppose) it is crucial to get the device seated deeply into the ear canal for a full bodied sound spectrum, especially in the bass and since I am a professional tubist, bass is my favorite place, not that I am a thump happy bass-head.
The P-Series offers exactly what is advertised; maximum isolation. They are longer, sit deeper in the ear canal than their other models. They are also designed and attenuated to bring out the best one's listening device can deliver. Immediately, I noticed a world of difference in comfort and was pleased to be able to wear them straight out of the packaging for a much longer period than the silicone tips with the HF3s.
Most important to me is the sound quality. Some Etymotic's IEMs have been criticized for thin bass response (in particular) and this is hogwash. One has to use them exactly as the directions say or yes, the performance will suffer. The Comply P-Series and my HF3s give me a truly fulfilling listening experience. I want to hear the music I listen to to be clean and honest. I want to hear all I can on a given recording, whatever the genre. This combination allows me to hear what I've been hoping to hear, moving into the world of audiophile grade products, a well balanced, full sonic spectrum of sound from the lowest to the highest pitches with body, depth, and what has actually been recorded. It is such a joy to hear what I have been missing.
I thank you for an ear-tip that offers such comfort and brings out the best my IEMs can offer. It amazes me and I say keep up the fantastic work. Thank you and being a former U.S. Marine, thank you for your important contribution to our armed forces.
