I'm working in the Game production company, very noisy. These tips can shut off most of noises.
For debugging game sounds, concentrate to work, shutting off angry talks, It should work really good.

These do isolate sound quite well and are comfortable. I do need a smaller size however, with a medium in these I can't wear them for an entire flight without having to remove them to give my ears a break.
Know that the picture does not lie, they are indeed longer than the standard tips and if you have a short ear canal you will not see as much additional noise isolation and it is possible to put them in too far which can be painful.
The only improvement to these, as with all Comply foam tips, is figuring out how to seal them a little better so they stay cleaner-that's the challenge with foam, especially memory foam.

Very happy with my purchase. Sure it's a little expensive and I had to buy the mix pack to see which ones fit my ear size so I have 2 spares essentially that won't fit but the ones that do are insanely nice. It's worth the money. I have a pair of shure 215ks and the stock buds were a little small and hurt after long use. These are comfortable for 4+ hours constant. No noise gets in and I'm so happy. Already recommended to a coworker.

I'm a Professional Keyboardist and our band is currently performing our rock shows backed by a Symphony Orchestra, so your personal monitor is crucial . Upon reviewing videos of our show I found that I was adjusting my ear-buds nearly every song. I purchased the Comply Professional series foam. They arrived just before a rehearsal. I was pleasantly amazed. I went through a 3 1/2 hr. rehearsal without a hitch. They were so comfortable that I checked several times to make sure they were still there but they never broke a seal !
I was so impressed that as soon as I got home I ordered a 5 pack for the first leg of our tour,
Thanks Guys for an inexpensive solution to an annoying problem..

The reason that I use Comply products is because of their superior noise rejection. My 9 to 5 work environment isn't overly noisy, but it is distracting, so I pop in my Etymotic MC5s with Comply P-Series, and the world goes away. Can't hear a thing except what I need to hear.
For gigs, you can't beat these. I can stand in front of a noisy horn section and smile since my ears aren't bleeding.

I have tried most Comply tips but I like the P series the best. They block out almost all noise, they stay put very well and they do a great job of firming up the bass from a good set of IEM's. I had a pair of custom molds made for my Shure SE535 but I like the P series better. They are far more comfortable, easier to use and isolate at least as well. A bonus is that they block out the jet noise when I fly. These last longer than I expected them to. Just great tips. Well worth the price paid.

I had problems to get a good seal on my Shure SE846 top IEM's. They have a very precise and strong bass, but a good and stable seal is a must. I have a big ear channel and all other tips I've tried failed to give me a sufficient isolation. The Pro's in Large size did the job and is also the most comfortable fit I've tried yet.
