If you dont have them already get them.

The reason that I use Comply products is because of their superior noise rejection. My 9 to 5 work environment isn't overly noisy, but it is distracting, so I pop in my Etymotic MC5s with Comply P-Series, and the world goes away. Can't hear a thing except what I need to hear.
For gigs, you can't beat these. I can stand in front of a noisy horn section and smile since my ears aren't bleeding.

I have tried most Comply tips but I like the P series the best. They block out almost all noise, they stay put very well and they do a great job of firming up the bass from a good set of IEM's. I had a pair of custom molds made for my Shure SE535 but I like the P series better. They are far more comfortable, easier to use and isolate at least as well. A bonus is that they block out the jet noise when I fly. These last longer than I expected them to. Just great tips. Well worth the price paid.

I had problems to get a good seal on my Shure SE846 top IEM's. They have a very precise and strong bass, but a good and stable seal is a must. I have a big ear channel and all other tips I've tried failed to give me a sufficient isolation. The Pro's in Large size did the job and is also the most comfortable fit I've tried yet.

Amazingly comfortable foam tips that means you can wear your headphones all day long with no discomfort. Form an excellent seal with your ear. It's no longer listening to music, it's having music injected into your skull.

I use Etymotic HF5 in ear monitors with the P-series foam tips while motorcycling. Together, they do an acceptable job of attenuating wind noise and allowing me to listen to music at a lower volume. In a quieter environment, they block out all other noises - probably a bit too well. I'm very happy with the combination.
Another bonus is that they're extremely comfortable. I've not had an issue with sore ears after long rides, like I did with the tips that came with the HF5s. I definitely recommend these tips.

I purchased these tips for my Etymotic HF5 headphones. The original triflanges were fine, but since it's a solid rubber, I sometimes suffered from air pressure problems when inserting them in my ears.
With these tips from you, the issue is gone. I can also see some negatives like that they get worn out pretty quickly if you use them every day. Also, if you want to insert them outside, when the temperature is about 0 degrees Celsius, they suddenly start to be very stiff. It takes a bit time to make them warm in your fingertips.
But nontheless, these negative aspects are nothing compared to the positives. These tips are very, very comfortable. Isolation is just superb. No problem with with air pressure when inserting them in the ear canals.
I am very satisfied with this product and once I destroy all three pairs, I'm going to buy new ones.
What I'm missing is better distribution network here in Europe. But still, it's easy to buy them in US and have them delivered. It just costs a little bit more, the postage.
Once again, very happy with the product!

They are expensive. I use it on my bluetooth stereo headset (Bluebud X from Jaybirdgear), and find them very helpful if reducing surrounding noise. Now that I use them, I wouldn't do without

Very god sound and isolation, I hope this model will come for all models.

Foam gets very mushy and stops sealing after 3 days of use. Noise comes in more and more as the product is used. Tips should last at least 2 weeks at the price you pay for them.
