How do I find compatible tips for my earphones?
Use the Fit Finder tool on our website to find what Comply™ tips fit your device. Type and select your earphone brand, then select your model, and voila, the compatible options will appear. Simply click on the tip of your choice to be brought to the product page.
What is the difference between Sport Pro, Isolation, and Comfort?

What do the 100-600 numbers mean?
Many earphones have different soundport nozzles (the part the tip goes onto) and these numbers represent our different inner core sizes ranging from small to big. An earphone is only compatible with one core size. We actually bring in every earphone listed on our website and our engineers put the earphone through testing to determine which core size is the best compatibility. Use our Fit Finder to see which Comply™ tips fit your earphones.
What is a WaxGuard™ or SweatGuard™?
These are acoustically-transparent filters within the inside of the tips that block ear wax and debris (WaxGuard™) or sweat and moisture (SweatGuard™) from entering the soundport nozzle of your earphone. These filters help protect your earphones over time from blockage, compromising the sound quality. It is highly recommended for high-end earphones and sport earphones.
How do I know if I should get Small, Medium, or Large?
Opt for same size as your silicone tips. Medium fits most. Still not sure? Try our Mixed Size Pack (includes S, M and L).
Do you have an extra small or extra large?
Unfortunately, no. If you need extra small, use our Isolation or Sport Pro tips in the size Small. Make sure to compress the foam fully before inserting them in your ears. If you need extra large tips, use our Comfort Series in size Large. These tips are round and have the widest diameter.
What is the SmartCore™?
The SmartCore™ is a patented inner core design that fits a large range of different earphone nozzle sizes and designs. Instead of purchasing our core-specific products (100-600), the SmartCore™ fits most earphones. Specifically, on sound port nozzles with a 0.19” - 0.24” (4.8mm - 6.3mm) diameter.
How do I use Comply tips?

How long do they last?
Lifespan depends on use. Typically, average use is about 2-4 months per pair of tips. How you use the tips, body chemistry (earwax, oils, etc.), and environment all effect how long your tips will last. To make your tips last the longest, make sure to always "prep the tip" (compress the foam before inserting them into your ears), clean your tips occasionally, and store the tips and earphones in a case while not in use. Replace your tips when they start to "flake", tear, or lose their memory foam properties (for example, the foam expands quickly rather than slowly).
Can I clean my tips?
Using only water, gently wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Let the tips dry completely before next use. Only clean your tips when there is excessive wax buildup on them, or once a month. Excessively cleaning the tips can decrease the lifespan and cause premature tears. We recommend replacing Comply™ Foam Tips about every 3 months or when they become soiled.
How do I remove Comply™ tips from my earphones?
To remove your tips, firmly grasp the whole foam tip with your fingers and squeeze to pull them off. Sometimes removing them at an angle helps. Do not pull the tips off from the end of the foam tip or use your fingernails as these methods could damage the tips.

If the products are un-opened and purchased from Complyfoam.com, we offer a 30-day return policy. The original shipping costs will not be refunded. Contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) which is required for credit.
If the product is opened, please contact us to see what solution is possible.
For products purchased through other retailers, refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer. Please contact the retailer for assistance.
