How can I stop my Apple AirPods from falling out?

To achieve the best fit and seal, we suggest rolling the tip between your thumb and forefinger to compress the foam before inserting it in your ear. Using your other hand, pull your ear back as this helps straighten out the ear canal allowing for a deeper insertion. Once in the ear, hold a finger to the end of the earphone, try counting to 15, to keep everything in place for a moment while the foam expands to conform to your ear canal. If you haven’t already been doing this, give it a try. It’s a simple thing, but it can make a big difference.

What size Comply Ear Tips Should I Buy

We usually tell customers to use the same size Comply tip as you would with silicone tips. Size will make a difference in retention and noise reduction. However, since our foam tips are compressible to insert and then expand in your ear, we have found that the medium size fits most users comfortably.

How Do I Clean My Comply Ear Tips for My Apple AirPods?

Occasionally cleaning the tips will have a positive effect on their lifespan (about once a month). This can be done with a soft washcloth and water. Dampen the wash cloth and wipe the tips clean. Allow them to air dry before your next use. Never use soap as the detergent in even the mildest of them will break down the foam. Do not handle immediately after applying lotions or hand sanitizes. Beyond this, we usually advise the general care of your ears and your listening device (clean ears, nice storage pouch or case, no excessive heat or cold) are sufficient care for your tips.

Do you have any colors other than Black?

What if I don't like them? Can I return them?

We want you to be satisfied with your Comply Foam products and we will ensure you have tips that work for you.

How long should my Comply Ear Tips Last? / How can I prolong the lifespan?

For peak performance, we do recommend changing to new tips every 2-3 months. A three pair package of tips will last most users around 9 months. Of course, how much you use the tips will have an effect on the lifespan of the tips. Our active users may find they need to replace their tips more often than the average user.

To prolong early tearing or disintegration of the tips, make sure you prep the tip before each use. This involves gently rolling the tips down between your thumb and pointer finger before insertion. Once inserted, hold them in place for a few seconds (count to 15) to let them regain their shape and conform to your ear canal – this will create a custom fit.

They do actually work!! Well worth the money!!

I ordered them being a little sceptical, but all you do is push them in with your fingers put them in your ear and they stay in place, I wore mine on a recent trip, 2 hours in the airport and two hours in the plane. I didn’t have to adjust or push back in, they were secure and comfortable! Really happy! They come in a nice box with a cleaner and tool to install, I got mine in white so waited a little longer but they keep the original look of the AirPods so even more worth it!

Not tried them at the gym yet, but from the recent experience they will be a huge improvement!

Not bad

I’ve bought Comply foam tips for all earbuds I’ve purchased over the last twenty+ years. They are normally an excellent upgrade in terms of noise isolation, fit and improved bass performance.

Unfortunately with my AirPods they don’t seem to give as secure a fit as I’m used to with Comply. Consequently the noise isolation suffers slightly with recurring leaks unless I regularly refit them into my ears. I put this down to the shallow depth of the AirPod Pro 2.

I wish there was a version of foam tips which was longer, giving more grip depth in the ear canal. I’ll still buy these tips but short of modding them these are the best I’ve found so far. A definite improvement in lower frequencies over the OEM tips that come with AirPods.
