We want you to be satisfied with your Comply products and we will assist you in finding ear tips that work for you.

We do not require product returns when processed through the Guaranteed Fit Program (GFP).  Should you want to receive a refund without a replacement through the GFP, click here to begin the return process Contact us

U.S. orders that have not been recorded as delivered within 15 days of shipping out, and international orders that have not been delivered within 30 days are eligible for refunds and replacements.

For products purchased through other retailers, refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer. Please contact the retailer for assistance.
