How can I stop my earbuds from falling out?

To achieve the best fit and seal, we suggest rolling the tip between your thumb and forefinger to compress the foam before inserting it in your ear. Using your other hand, pull your ear back as this helps straighten out the ear canal allowing for a deeper insertion. Once in the ear, hold a finger to the end of the earphone, try counting to 15, to keep everything in place for a moment while the foam expands to conform to your ear canal. If you haven’t already been doing this, give it a try. It’s a simple thing, but it can make a big difference.

What size Comply ear tips should I buy?

We usually tell customers to use the same size Comply tip as you would with silicone tips. Size will make a difference in retention and noise reduction. However, since our foam tips are compressible to insert and then expand in your ear, we have found that the medium size fits most users comfortably.

All purchases for single size packs from our website are backed by our Guaranteed Fit Program. If you have any issues with the size, let us know and we will provide you a store credit for you to use on the correct size.

How do I install Comply ear tips?

Hold the ear tip, align the open end of the flexible core with your device’s soundport, and firmly push the tip on until it is fully seated.

Some devices require more pressure than others, so make sure the tip is securely attached before use. Once installed, compress the foam before inserting it into your ear and allow it to expand for a secure, comfortable fit.

How do I clean my Comply ear tips?

Occasionally cleaning the tips will have a positive effect on their lifespan (about once a month). This can be done with a soft washcloth and water. Dampen the wash cloth and wipe the tips clean. Allow them to air dry before your next use.

Never use soap as the detergent in even the mildest of them will break down the foam. Do not handle immediately after applying lotions or hand sanitizes. Beyond this, we usually advise the general care of your ears and your listening device (clean ears, nice storage pouch or case, no excessive heat or cold) are sufficient care for your tips.

What if I don't like them? Can I return them?

We want you to be satisfied with your Comply Foam products and we will ensure you have tips that work for you.

If you ordered the wrong size tips, email us within two weeks of receiving your order, and we’ll provide you correct size tips to ensure a perfect fit.

How long should my Comply ear tips last?

For peak performance, we do recommend changing to new tips every 2-3 months - though this can vary based on usage. MAX users can expect roughly double this timeframe. A three pair package of TrueGrip tips will last most users around 9 months.

Comfy tips for Steelseries gamebuds

These tips really transferred my Steelseries Gamebuds to new level.
Better seal than the default silicon tips and filter on these is more durable than the stock tips.
Stays in ear well enough for me.

Highly recommend Comply Foam Eartips!

These foam eartips have changed my Galaxy pro 2 ear buds. With the stock silicone tips these buds were decent. with the COMPLY eartips, its an entirely different experieince.

They are so comfortable, I can usually outlast the battery before my ears even start to feel uncomfortable.

Do yourself a favour and try out a pair - for the cost its an incredible upgrade from the stock silicon tips which pale in comparison.

Tremendous change

I didn't think it would actually make that much difference. Perhaps a bit more grip? But such a surprise! Yes they did stay put sooo much better but the change in audio quality was such a great surprise.
Can't enthuse about them more. Should have bought them sooner!

So I went out and got the B&W Pi8s after my Pi3s kept reminding me how much richer they sound than the amazing top end Sony buds, so I could have “truly wireless” again with B&W. None of the included silicone ear tips felt exactly secure in my ears. The Comply ones should be what they sell them with. They are perfect. Unmatchable. Must have for comfort and sound isolation and a secure fit in/to these ears!!!
