A: Clean your Comply™ Foam Tips by gently wiping them with a clean, damp cloth. Use water only. Do not clean tips with alcohol-based cleaning solutions. Let tips dry completely before next use. To ensure peak performance, we recommend replacing Comply™ Foam Tips every three months or when they become soiled.
Q: Which size tips will work best for me?
A: Our medium-size tips fit most users. Unlike silicone tips, Comply™ Foam Tips are compressible and expand to fit comfortably in your ear canals. You can also find our tip measurements under the "Specifications" tab on each product page. If you are still unsure which size to order, we offer a mixed-size pack, with one pair each of small, medium and large sizes.
Q: What if I don't see my brand and/or model of earphones listed?
A: Use the “Tip Selector” at the top of the page to find the tips compatible with your earphone. If your earphone is not listed, it has not been tested and/or approved as compatible by our Engineering Department; each earphone model listed on our website has been tested and approved for use with specific Comply™ Foam Tips. We do not recommend using Comply™ Foam Tips on earphones that have not been tested and/or approved as compatible. Please check back often; we are constantly expanding the list of devices compatible with Comply™ Foam Tips.
Q: Can I replace the foam tips on the Whoomp!™ Earbud Enhancers?
A: No. Whoomp!™ products are designed as one-piece replaceable parts, with the foam pieces permanently attached to the posts.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes. We ship internationally using two methods:
USPS First-Class Mail (delivers within an estimated 10 to 14 business days; provides no tracking number)
USPS Express Mail (delivers within an estimated 3 to 5 business days; provides tracking number).
