Delivering amazing comfort through a spherical shape, Comfort Plus Tsx-400 tips have integrated Wax-Guard, preventing wax from entering the sound port, which will diminish sound quality. They also provide a superior audio experience and stay-in-ear fit — so you hear music the way it was meant to be heard.
Wax-Guard: These tips are designed with an acoustically transparent filter that safeguards earphones from damaging wax and debris.
Spherical shape: These tips come in a specially designed spherical shape that contacts less of the ear canal, making the fit extremely comfortable.
Superior audio experience: These tips create an optimal seal and channel sound directly into the ear canal, transforming your listening experience from ordinary to extraordinary.
Secure fit: Expanding to fit the ear canal’s unique shape, these tips give you a custom fit and remarkable in-ear retention, so your earphones remain secure, without irritation and fatigue.
Blocks noise: These tips allow you to enjoy your music in noisy environments without raising the volume.
Soft comfort: The unique memory foam provides all-day comfort, while eliminating in-ear irritation and fatigue often associated with stock silicone tips.

Amazing product, really comfortable and easy to use.
But they get dirty faster compared with regular tips.

I can concentrate on listen to the music and it can cut most noises.

These are, hands down, the best tips I have ever used. They were a bit tricky to insert at first. They have a slightly larger circumference than other tips, but after awhile you get used to them. You definitely have to pinch them tight like you would do with foam earplugs. Once in though, be prepared to hear nothing around you. At all. They're THAT snug a fit. I opted for the 'plus' type as I needed extra protection for my buds. I usually wear mine for extended periods, and have eczema that often destroys them. Only an extra $5 to protect $200 earbuds? Yes please.
